Heather Grady Trucking Arlington, Texas

To Jesus and Ishmell O, I am sorry that you two are victims of Heather Grady. As told on the phone you need to get your police reports and then contact the Attorney Generals office in Austin. Contact the Federal Trade Commission office at (1-877-ID-Theft) Then Equifax 1-800-525-6285, Experian 1-888-397-3742, Trans Union 1-800-680-7289 tell all of them that you need to place a fraud alert on your account. You must I stress MUST contact the credit people who are trying to collect from you, tell them you want a DETAILED summary of the account. Chances are that it will say that Heather Grady is an authorized user, just as all or most of ours say on them. They in turn will give you information to sign stating that it is fraud, you will have to send them a copy of a police report. In our case we have 7 different police reports on Heather Grady. 5 in Arkansas and 2 in Texas. Texas refused to take another police report over the phone from us yesterday for the 4 cell phones, so Monday we are going to have another one drawn here in Arkansas.
My luck to you both.
P.S. got to the court and tell them you want to file a small claims court on her if your wages that she did not pay you is less than $5,000.00. That is what we were told to do, but in most cases the charges she made was over that amount
