Heather, I noticed today that USPS out of Raleigh visited your site today I wonder if a little bird told them about how you screwed people on EBAY?, also the CITY OF SAN ANTONIO! Wow girl, the word is spreading like wild fire. Unfortunately the man who Jim needed to speek to about that forged and solen check you wrote will not be in till tomorrow (Dallas P.D.). We have two other checks that you have forged also. One from Jordans in Wynne and the other one from Walmart.
Jim also has an appointment at 10am with his lawyer, Richard Proctor. Surely you know him. You use to go to church with him as I heard it. And Detective Joe Vanlandingham is also related in some way to you also. The detective who took our last police report.
This police report is on the 3 student loans that you placed on-line using Jim's info and as a co-signer to the sum of $127,000.00, and the checking account you tried to open in your name but used his information also. This just happened in January so I am sure it is still freash in your mind!!!!
Then there is the several credit cards that you assumed under his name, and some medical bills, and an account with Kay Jewelers.
You visited this site of yours so many times today, do you not have anything better to do?

Incident Description Heather Grady (DOB 7-25-70, SS# 465-67-2951) came in with a forged and stolen check and purchased a motorcycle, helmet and visor total ammount of check was $3,888.93. She has moved to 24385 Wilderness Oak #15, San Antonio, TX 78258. I drove to San Antonio to file a police report(#08-033963) but was told I had to file where she lived at the time of the crime. The FBI in Little Rock is currently looking for her also(parts omitted from this sentence) but said because she is out of state there is nothing he can do. His phone# 870-208-1104. I have obtained the invoice and a copy of the forged check from Arlington Motor Sports on 3/26/08 after visiting the store on the way to San Antonio. They remembered her distinctly by the monkey on her head and her irratic behavoir.

Funny of the people who you run into at Wal-Mart. Jim and I met our attorney Richard Proctor, who is pursuing Heather Grady on the Arkansas side. Jim asked him about the article in the Times Herald about the possibility of his retirement. He said no not yet,as if it were a misprint or something not true for other reasons. He discussed with Jim of Proctor running for circuit judge and about the F.B.I contacting us. Then when we got home there was another letter from the Attorney General in Little Rock, wonderful news for us. But I will not reveal what was said in the letter or the information that was given to us. Jim was grinning ear to ear in giddiness though.

Judge orders monkey returned to bipolar owner in Fort Worth

A monkey that became caught in the middle of a battle between her owner and the Humane Society was returned home Wednesday.

Heather Grady, who is bipolar, said she depends on "Zoe," a 3.5 pound monkey, to keep her stable.

"She came to know my symptoms, and one day she brought me my medicine bottle as if to say, 'Momma, you're not right. Momma, something's wrong."

Grady said she has made mistakes. Over the summer, she went to jail for five weeks over bad check charges. During that time, Grady asked a relative to watch the monkey.

"He assured me she would be in his hands until I got home," Grady said.

However, when she got out of jail, she said the monkey was gone. Zoe's caretaker apparently became overwhelmed and was placed in the hands of the Humane Society of North Texas. And Director Tammy Hawley had no plans of giving her back to Grady.

"No, I do not," Hawley said when asked if she believed Zoe was truly a service animal.

Hawley said she is unconvinced since Zoe had already been placed at the shelter before when Grady was briefly hospitalized for her mental illness.

"We are concerned that history will repeat itself, and Zoe will be left to try to fend for herself," Hawley said.

When Grady realized she couldn't convince the Humane Society, she hired an attorney to seek a restraining order..

A judge ordered the Humane Society to return Zoe Wednesday.

Hawley said she is worried about the future.

"I feel responsible that maybe I let her down," she said.

But the erratic behavior Hawley fears will endanger Zoe is the very reason Grady claims to need her.
