Since I have to wait for my new disc to arrive tomorrow I cannot use my scanner, though Heather, I just wanted to let that you know, you would be interested in knowing that I had gotten the Dallas and San Antonio Police Reports in over the weekend.
Just why you are not in jail yet simply amazes me. Just who are you sleeping with over there in San Antonio to keep you out of jail? You slept with you know who here in Wynne, Arkansas, and as always bragged about it. Politics and Heather Intertwined in bed. Cozy for you I bet....The man and his wife are known swingers in Wynne.

San Antonio Housing Up-dates for Heather Grady

Here is what we suspect is going on right now......correct me if I am wrong....
Heather was on Yahoo Personals and found a man named David Wharton as a next victim.
She moved to San Antonio, to the Canyon Estates apartments while dating this man. (Remember she is living off her SS/Disability check) She didn't pay her rent and it was hard to find a place to take in her and her capuchin monkey Zoe. This is why she gave them a bad review on-line. Probably claiming that Zoe is a service animal and gave the leasing/management company a doctors note claiming she was. Anyway......
She started staying with David at the Wilderness Oak location while leaving her monkey at the apartment down the road. David's next door neighbor said he never saw a monkey when I asked him about it on our trip last month. I was contacted by a David Wharton in San Antonio, I do not know if this is her boyfriend and he never replied to my return e-mail so I feel safe in posting this below

I had posted 2 pictures on the Wilderness Oak address because just a few miles away in the same area I kept getting hit from a house on Fawnway. By the powers that be we were able to get into the gated community and get a picture of the front and back yard. Then as of about 2 weeks ago another address started showing up. At or about 1212 Santa Monica Drive in San Antonio. This is not a place Heather would live, it is below her, she demands champaign on her Kool-aid budget. But Heather is probably back on drugs and may visit this house for such purposes. According to my husband he said he would find little balls of foil and tea-light candles all over the house. Then she stabbed him in the back one time with a needle. It was infected and left an infection. There was an open whole in his cack till he had surgery on it recently to close the open hole. On a criminal records check she has had a few run-ins with the law. Everything from drugs, ID theft, steeling, illawfull issue of bad checks; the list goes on.
So as of tonight she is still at Wilderness Oak #15 that I know of.

Heather, look at the FEEDJIT below, you notice Dallas? Well it's twice they been on the last two days. I called information, called the George Allen Courts Building and found out that it is a building that has to do with juries? Are they gathering your judge and jury now? Is this where your parole officer is? You just got out of jail last year so I guess you should still be on parole. Correct me if I am wrong, but what you continue to do is a violation of that parole isn't it?

Jim woke me up happily to tell me that the George Allen Court Building in Dallas has been on this site twice this morning at 9am. Heather, you know we file a report with the Memphis Police Department tomorrow about 2 Kay Jewelers accounts that you opened in Memphis at the Oak Cort Mall. Now you know I lived in Atoka for awhile and been all over Memphis but I never been to that mall. Us poor people called that area snob hill. You had charged up over 3,000.00 to one of the accounts, the other you left opened. Ms. Myers from the fraud department called us today. I sent her a copy of one of the police reports. She in turn is going to send us the opening account paperwork you filled out with supposedly Jim's signature.

The Dar ranger Gun she stolled from Jim that the police had taken away from her is no small potatoes either. We found it at the Arlington Recovery room on our trip last week.
We got a packet in from an attorney in Little Rock today with at least 40 pages of charges that are Heathers. Did she live on a Sequoia Street? It has her name on it. Anyways, must get back to working on Heather's case against her.

We found out today from Global eTelecom the collection agency; Arlington Motor Sports sent your false check to have a COPY of the drivers license, and the receipt that someone signed there. ALSO- YOUR GOING TO LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY HAVE A VIDEO OF YOU IN THE STORE WITH THE YOUNG GUY WHO CAME IN WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! BITCH YOU ARE HISTORY!!!!!!!!!!! We were faxed your Arkansas drivers license along with your TX Department of Public Safety Card, 2 credit cards you used- which by the way were another ID Scam of yours, and we will wait patiently for the VHS Tape to get here by mail. When it gets here, we will be making another trip to San Antonio, Dallas, and Arlington.
I made a Police Report to Dallas yesterday, report#96096V if you would like to check on it. They are after you now too!
While on the phone they pulled up Jims SS# and you were all over it like white on rice. Then they pulled up a few others that you were linked to. They will send those to the police I guess.
Jim has called to make another appoinment with the FBI in Little Rock to present the information off his credit report. Every address where you have lived at said Jim has lived there. And the one thing we found out is that you even used his son Jayson's SS# info when you lived on Bellchase. The statute of limitations does not run out on these issues either. So guess again.

I found this site to be of help and encouragement.
We have yet ANOTHER lawyers appointment today. We are working hard with the Dallas and Arlington P.D. and ID theft department and have spent the last 4 hours talking to more account companies that Heather has gone through. What a nightmare she has created. But I believe God is fair and just.
Jims credit report is now 36 pages long. 99.9% is all Heather Dawn Grady(Oglesby)(Domilise)doings.
