An intense search is underway for Heather Dawn Grady (Oglesby)(Domilise) who is wanted for various crimes. After Heather was charged locally with Identity theft, possession of drugs, falsifying documents, a federal warrant for unlawful flight to Mexico to avoid prosecution was issued for her arrest on February 1, 2008.
REWARD: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of Heather Dawn Grady Oglesby Domilise. No Heather you do not get the money if you turn yourself in.

Heather Grady - Identity Thief - Checking Account
Well Heather, here we go again. A fraud investigator from a bank called me about an hour ago. Seems you just don't know when to stop. They said that you applied for a free on-line checking account. You cannot use Jim's name or Social Security number anymore. There is something called a "Freeze" that you can put on your credit report. Jim has done that, you cannot access his information anymore. Then we called the Wynne Police Department, told them yet AGAIN you are playing. Then the Dallas Identity theft department was called. Mr. Wood is his name and I am waiting for him to come back from lunch to return my call.
I figured you were out of money and had to try Jim again. Are you living above your means again?

Judge Orders Monkey Returned to Fort Worth Woman
The custody battle over Zoe the Monkey has been resolved -- with a judge in Fort Worth ordering the little simian returned to her owner Heather Grady who's been locked in a dispute with the Humane Society of North Texas. Grady contended that Zoe is a service animal -- needed to help her cope with bi-polar disorder. While Grady was jailed on hot check charges over the summer, a relative caring for Zoe turned her over to the Humane Society which did not want to return her to Grady, fearing that the animal would be neglected. But Grady went to court -- and yesterday, the judge sided with her and ordered Zoe handed over.

ISSUANCE OF BAD CHECKS
SECTION 32.41 OF TEXAS PENAL CODE
Section 32.41. Issuance of Bad Check
(a) A person commits an offense if he issues .or passes a check or similar sight order for
the payment of money knowing that the issuer does not have sufficient funds in or on deposit
with the bank or other drawee for the payment in full of the check or order as well as all other
checks or orders outstanding at: the time of issuance.
(b) This section does not prevent the prosecution from establishing the required
knowledge by direct~ evidence; however, for purposes of this section, the issuer’s knowledge of
insufficient funds is presumed (except in the case of a postdated check or order) if: (1) He has no
account with the bank or other drawee at the time he issued the check or order; or (2) Payment
was refused by the bank or other drawee for lack of funds or insufficient funds on presentation
within 30 days after issue and the issuer failed to pay the holder in full within 10 days after
receiving notice of that refusal.
(c) Notice for purposes of Subsection (b) (2) of this section may be notice in writing, sent
by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested or by telegram with report: of
delivery requested, and addressed to the issuer at his address shown on:
(1) the check or order (2) the records of the bank or other drawee; or (3) the records of the person
to whom the check or order has been issued or passed.
(d) If notice is given in accordance with Subsection (c) or this section, it is presumed
that the notice was received no later than five days ater it was sent.
(e) A person charged with an offense under this section may make restitution for the
bad checks. Restitution may, with the approval of the court in which the offense is filed, be made
through the court.
(f) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
(g) An offense under this section is not a lesser included offense of an offense under
Section 31.03 or 31.04 of this code. (Theft By Check)

Investigation
This is sort of like Sherlock Holmes in color versus black and white. Everyone leaves trails and Heather Grady is no exception. Everywhere the woman goes she leaves a fingerprint, a bad check, a name or Social Security number is used, an unpaid debt and used people. With help from people she can be controlled such as Zoe, her monkey on a leash, an animal that must be confined. She is loose in Dallas, Texas, waiting to pounce on he next victim like a stalking lioness. Heather Grady has used her family to the point that everyone would like to see her in jail, she has no where else left to turn and is now being led into a corner. Can you come out to play Heather?
The Attorney General sometime this week will probably get all the information that I painstakingly put together. The Attorney Generals boss hogs will ponder on my evidence from all the files and may act fast, but being the government I do not see anything instant. Maybe a month or two before they try and locate her. Will she change names or go to Mexico? I spent two days getting paperwork ready and doing some major research on Heather Grady. As you see in the first post, Heather's public court record is long. I ran a criminal background check also, it was scary.
2002 found guilty/convicted possible controlled substance w/o prescription
2004 guilty/convicted probation revocation
2004 not guilty/not processed 2ND degree forgery
2003 guilty/convicted delivery,possibility drug paraphernalia- 2 counts
2005 not guilty/not processed probation revocation
2004 not guilty/not processed delivery, possibility drug paraphernalia

2008 forgery and misuse of identity
It is said (you know how rumors are)that she had at one time Heather had a sexual relationship with Prosecuting Attorney and that is why the warrant for her arrest was never signed. There is a big to-do in that county about the man and his wife being swingers.

If You Can See Me Now
Heather, my dear, are monitoring the site yet? I first will be the first to congratulate you on being able to scam people for so long. Brava. But your song and dance is about over. Are you taking up residents in Hotels now, running the streets with Zoe your adorable capuchin monkey? Is Payton happy to know that her mother is a thief? Heather Grady On The Run
This site was created for an Identity Theft person called Heather Grady. My husbnd Jim made a bad mistake of having Heather as a short time girlfriend in 2005.
Jim and I went to the Wynne Police Department to fill out a complaint on Heather. She filled out 3 student loan applications stating Jim as her co-borrower. He has not have any contact with her in at lest 2 years. Texas open records show that she has even an ex-emplyee that is suing her for non payment, over 5,000.00. Wow. This woman has got to be stopped. We are trying our best.
