Here is yet another account of Heather's Handy Work......This is one of DOZENS of letters that we have proof that Heather Grady worked hard at nights milking money from people.....

To the many people who have contacted me in the last few days I want to thank you for the encouraging words. Since yesterday another person has come forward and filed charges against Heather. She used this persons name to try and open up a credit account. This was suppose to be a friend of hers.

To the "J" man, thank you. I was happy to hear from you and look forward one day to seeing a comment from you if you happen to find out when Heather's information may be available to the public.

To JT from Jim; Take a look at your wedding rings, Heather paid for them with money that she stole from me.........those words came out of Heathers own mouth..........

If you had a child who was killed then you would want the killer found, well I (Sandy) look at this in that sort of way, meaning; This has killed Jim's faith in the legal system for years with the lies, killed his credit rating (which was obviously great), killed him financially, and was killing him inside with no one or nowhere to turn. We were looking for the killer and her family KNEW where she was all/most of the time but was not willing to give up the killer. Because why?????

Your proverbial child is dead and you want the killer, our story is no different and I did what I had to do to catch the killer. I am sorry. I do not associate you to her in anyway other than you are related to her. You may not even like her for all I know. But the killer has been caught now and we can all have justice served.

Heather will be in jail for a minimum of 30 days according to the San Antonio Jail, from there she will be transported to Weatherford (Parker County), and then to Arkansas.
I have no faith in the Wynne Police Department, the lies started long ago and continue, Jim goes to Wynne in the morning and hopefully get to the bottom of the problems on why Heather was suppose to be on NCIC and was not. The Mayor is the next to contact. The police are beginning to look like big lugs who only care about sitting and doing nothing.
Heather is in jail for many years to come. I am even thinking about taking action against the manager at Mansions at Canyon Springs for not contacting the police as I requested.
To, Heather's brother, this site has been here for awhile, you made no comment before only because you never saw this site or you refused to believe that your sister is lower than the scum between my toes. If you cared so much before then you should have come forward earlier. Now that she is in jail you are bringing up that you do not want to be associated with her, in my book you are a hypocrite and your mother has the "My daughter can do no wrong syndrome".

Heather Grady IN JAIL!!!!!

Happy Birthday to Heather.
On her last day in the civilian world Heather tried to take out a loan with a finance company in San Antonio. The Finance company called Ishmell on his cell phone. He told them that it was not him but Heather. Ishmell called me and I called and told the manager that it was Heather and to call the police.
The police were called in since Heather was to arrive at 5pm. She never showed and the police were in the store waiting on her. The police left. Heather arrived at 5:30. The manager called the police back and kept Heather there till they arrived.
She did not have any ID on her at all and used the name of her daughter. She told the police that her name was Payton.
They arrested her after getting her name from her.
To her family, friends, creditors, and victims (which would include all these people) She is in a better place.
Today is her 38th birthday. The last she'll see for a long time.
She is in custody of the San Antonio Police Department tonight.

So Heather, You got house insurance by writing a bad check again under Ishmell again. (I know I have his name spelled wrong but that is for his security)
I called and talked to Geico Travelers Insurance Company, they said they cancelled the policy on you but left in-place Ishmells original policy. They are to call him if a new policy it tried to be added on. So bad.
Do you not think that I would not know when you have your so called friends look on this web page and report it to you. There are people who claim to be your friends when in all actuality they want you in jail as well. Be carefull who you talk to. They tell me things. I tell the police things. I think the police are just sitting back waiting to rack-up more charges on you.

Recently we had a "Dawn Domilise" of "Speedy Freight Corp" try and open an account for check processing. Our company name is GREEN BY PHNONE.

The telephone number given for the company was out of order. The secondary number given went to someone who claimed it was the wrong number.

Thank You.......I "L" I have contacted the San Antonio P.D. with this information.
The information she gave on her checks was to a Postal/Fed Ex annex like a Mailboxes Etc.... It is not suite 316 but BOX 316
Ishmell has also filed a police report.

Heather, what is the deal? You have to many cars. We know you saw us. Jim was on the side of you, I was behind you. Jim blew his horn at you and you must have known it was him because you never took your eyes off the road. I was following you, you were doing 80mph, we called in your tag number to the police. So the car you were driving is also known by the police.
Funny the things a person can find out by doing some research with credit companies....like you having a checking account for Payton and writting hot checks all over Texas. What a Piss Poor Excuse for a mother you are.

Heather, We received the paper work in the mail on how you bought a scooter at the Wynne Motor Sports. Did it look something like this? The title and paper work showed the buyer as Jim but he was suppose to have lived on BellChase, your old apartment. FMS is currently doing a title search and should get back to us sometime today to find out who you sold or gave it to.
We found out quite a bit of information this week on you. You ready to give up? Are you ready to stop looking over your shoulders when you are sitting at an intersection? Are you ready to face your fate of years in the Federal Pen? Give up drugs, give up Payton, give up trying to find money and men to live off of? I would think that you are tired of running from everyone including your own shadow.
