I wanted to bust out in laughter when I saw how much Heather's bond was for Cross County here in Arkansas. Then I got mad," She's a flight risk, why didn't they give her a NO BOND and does she know of anyone who has $20,000.00 to bail her out?"
I looked at her new mug shot, only a crazed idiot would smile for it. Such harsh looking features for a young woman I though; drugs and an apparent unhealthy lifestyle have made the early saddle bags under her eyes, lines all around her mouth and the tell tell sadness that actually is in the sole of her eyes. Very sad.
Her next hearing is September 18, 2008 for a plea hearing.
