Heather Grady had cared for Zoe since she was 11 weeks old. She says the tiny capuchin monkey is like her baby. But she contends that Zoe also was a protective companion who reminded her to take the medication that helps her control a bipolar disorder. So Grady was distressed when she returned from a 5-week stint in jail to discover that the brother had turned over the monkey to Arlington animal control officials, who in turn gave it the Humane Society of North Texas in Fort Worth. I was hit with a bomb,? said Grady, who now lives in Dallas. My monkey was gone
