Heather was on Yahoo Personals and found a man named David Wharton as a next victim.
She moved to San Antonio, to the Canyon Estates apartments while dating this man. (Remember she is living off her SS/Disability check) She didn't pay her rent and it was hard to find a place to take in her and her capuchin monkey Zoe. This is why she gave them a bad review on-line. Probably claiming that Zoe is a service animal and gave the leasing/management company a doctors note claiming she was. Anyway......
She started staying with David at the Wilderness Oak location while leaving her monkey at the apartment down the road. David's next door neighbor said he never saw a monkey when I asked him about it on our trip last month. I was contacted by a David Wharton in San Antonio, I do not know if this is her boyfriend and he never replied to my return e-mail so I feel safe in posting this below

I had posted 2 pictures on the Wilderness Oak address because just a few miles away in the same area I kept getting hit from a house on Fawnway. By the powers that be we were able to get into the gated community and get a picture of the front and back yard. Then as of about 2 weeks ago another address started showing up. At or about 1212 Santa Monica Drive in San Antonio. This is not a place Heather would live, it is below her, she demands champaign on her Kool-aid budget. But Heather is probably back on drugs and may visit this house for such purposes. According to my husband he said he would find little balls of foil and tea-light candles all over the house. Then she stabbed him in the back one time with a needle. It was infected and left an infection. There was an open whole in his cack till he had surgery on it recently to close the open hole. On a criminal records check she has had a few run-ins with the law. Everything from drugs, ID theft, steeling, illawfull issue of bad checks; the list goes on.
So as of tonight she is still at Wilderness Oak #15 that I know of.

Funny of the people who you run into at Wal-Mart. Jim and I met our attorney Richard Proctor, who is pursuing Heather Grady on the Arkansas side. Jim asked him about the article in the Times Herald about the possibility of his retirement. He said no not yet,as if it were a misprint or something not true for other reasons. Judge orders monkey returned to bipolar owner in Fort Worth

A monkey that became caught in the middle of a battle between her owner and the Humane Society was returned home Wednesday.

Heather Grady, who is bipolar, said she depends on "Zoe," a 3.5 pound monkey, to keep her stable.

"She came to know my symptoms, and one day she brought me my medicine bottle as if to say, 'Momma, you're not right. Momma, something's wrong."

Grady said she has made mistakes. Over the summer, she went to jail for five weeks over bad check charges. During that time, Grady asked a relative to watch the monkey.

"He assured me she would be in his hands until I got home," Grady said.

However, when she got out of jail, she said the monkey was gone. Zoe's caretaker apparently became overwhelmed and was placed in the hands of the Humane Society of North Texas. And Director Tammy Hawley had no plans of giving her back to Grady.

"No, I do not," Hawley said when asked if she believed Zoe was truly a service animal.

Hawley said she is unconvinced since Zoe had already been placed at the shelter before when Grady was briefly hospitalized for her mental illness.

"We are concerned that history will repeat itself, and Zoe will be left to try to fend for herself," Hawley said.

When Grady realized she couldn't convince the Humane Society, she hired an attorney to seek a restraining order..

A judge ordered the Humane Society to return Zoe Wednesday.

Hawley said she is worried about the future.

"I feel responsible that maybe I let her down," she said.

But the erratic behavior Hawley fears will endanger Zoe is the very reason Grady claims to need her.
