For an update;
I spent two days getting paperwork ready and doing some major research on Heather Grady. As you see in the first post, Heather's public court record is long. I ran a criminal background check also, it was scary.
2002 found guilty/convicted possible controlled substance w/o prescription
2004 guilty/convicted probation revocation
2004 not guilty/not processed 2ND degree forgery
2003 guilty/convicted delivery,possibility drug paraphernalia- 2 counts
2005 not guilty/not processed probation revocation
2004 not guilty/not processed delivery, possibility drug paraphernalia

2008 forgery and misuse of identity
It is said (you know how rumors are)that she had at one time Heather had a sexual relationship with Prosecuting Attorney and that is why the warrant for her arrest was never signed. There is a big to-do in that county about the man and his wife being swingers.
That is not my idea of "Keeping it in the family"
