Heather is scheduled to appear next Monday in Cross County court for our case. But as usual there may be a problem, Rick Proctor is the judge. Jim's former lawyer and the same person Heather tried to sue for unlawfull imprisonment? We are waiting on a phone call back to see if they are going to bring another judge in just for her or not. If not then she will sit in the TN state prison for another 3 months. Just the same Jim and I will be making that treck to AR.

Heather Grady walked in as the last case to be heard. She made her appearance in a lime green 1 piece jumper with leg shackles and dark green rubber clogs. Her hair was down that showed her dark brunette hair with all her blond on the ends that had grown out. She wore her black rimmed glasses and her skin was pale.
Outside the court Room Jim and I met with Phyllis and her husband Larry (Heather's mom and step father)
I told Phyllis there was no hard feeling between us and that is was Heather. We were all civil to each other and as a mother I could see the knowing look of her child and the hurt that has been caused. But still wanting her child's outcome to be good. I truly felt for her.
The opening statements were made and Jim was the first to the stand, he was asked a few questions about his case pending in Arkansas on September 19. Phyllis testified against Heather in a very low voice. The court reporter said she could not hear her. And Larry was obviously upset at some of responses when it came to Payton's possible return to Heather. They sat behind Jim and I.
Jim went outside to smoke during a previous case and a woman named Sheryl had followed Jim outside. She recognized Jim and they talked. When they returned the judge ordered an 8 minute recess. We all returned and sat near each other. Heather came in and had her hair pulled back in a ponytail. Sheryl testified and when she came back i put my hand ùp behind my head and she high-fived me. She told how Heather had stolled her ex-husbands info like so many other's and credit card and bank account statements were coming in in different peoples names. I found out that she had to attend court to kick Heather out of her house for breaking the lease. Heather testified saying that she was going to help Detective Elwood out in telling him how she did all her crimes. And Mr Elwwod testified that she was indeed going to help him. My heart dropped at it sounded like a bargain plea. Heather put on a show and boo hooed as if trying to convince her mom she was sorry. It wasnt even a good show and I rubbed my fingers together playing that itty bitty pitty violin for her.
Heather had a complex of spiral bound notebooks with 123 peoples names in them along with each ones credit report. 111 of these people were dead. A makeshift storage area had to be put together to place all the items that Heather had falsly gotten from ID Fraud. Lamps, grill masters, jewlery, T.V's, Beds clothing etc... It was brought up that Heathers record spans back to 2002. Then, after all testimony, silence. The judge I quote," Proffessional Criminal and very extensive". Most were class E, a C and B fellonies were in the 13 charges against her. The judge said all terms were to be carried out conceculativly. Totalling 9 1/2 years. With no parole.She will go to the state prison in Ripley/Covington area.
I cannot express my deapest thanks to the outstanding job that Detective Chris Elwood the prosecuting attorney (I never got his name - im sorry) and to Judge Walker.

Heather goes to court in Tipton County August 15, 2011. There in attendance will be all the people who are/were victims of Heather Grady's scamming and fraud that are able to attend.

I had a very disturbing talk with Cross County Arkansas DA's boss. He didn't say it in so many words, but he did say the 100+ cases we have against Heather were going to be hard to prove. I said we have proof. He cussed at me and wanted to know why my husband allowed her to do this to him. WHAT??? This man was mean to me and i was so upset i wrote a letter to Governor BeBee right away. I felt during the whole conversation that HE Was defending her! He kept saying everything was hearsay. But he did say that Heather was a serial con artist. After him saying that i was totally confused. He didn't even know that the Governor had signed her warrant! He had to call and find out for himself. How could he NOT know? Someone has got to come forward and help our case!

I have already gotten the time from work and will be there staring down Heather like a mad dog on August 15.

Ankle shackled Heather Grady entered the court room in a lime green jumper and blue holed rubber clogs. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail exposing her true dark brunette hair in desperate need of her bleach blond high-lights. She had sat in the last pew and closest to the door she entered. She had lost some weight since I last saw her in Cross County, Arkansas, but was just as nervous.
Prior to her entrance all was abuzz with lawyers and police and Heather Grady this-n-that. She was originally charged with I believe 3 accounts of credit card fraud. Now there are 7 counts, which the judge called out; 4 counts of credit card fraud, 1- ID Theft, ID Theft trafficking and 1 Attempted ID Theft. Her bond was set at 50,000.00. She was told if she posted bail that she would need to pay for a lawyer. She claimed that her public defender was Mr Stockton a slender bald man who kept running back and forth then after they councilled Mr Stockton stood between Heather and Jim and I as to block our view. She was intimidated by my looks at her, she fidgited continuously , avoiding any glances our way in the front row. Her hands fondled her face and neck and hair with continual scratching. I wonder what a body reader would call that? Guilty im sure of it.
The judge said he set a high ammount because he said Heather had 15 or so drivers license and was a flight risk "she haz the ability and experiance to create more fake ID's." When her said that Heather smiled ear to ear. No doubt proud of her accomplishments. Her court date is set for July 14th, Cross County Arkansas is July 11th.
As Heather left the court room, she smiled and gave a waved to Mr Stockton. It was sickening to see. Heather has been trying to get people to send her money in jail, you do, you may get into trouble. Please Fed's, get involved! 20 years in prison is not enough!

Waiting For Heather Grady' court time

I was informed that Heather's court time is 1o'clock and so after breakfast on an uneasy stomach I gave the sight seeing tour to Jim of where I use to live in Atoka.
I've already gone through screening, grabbed a cup of mocha coffee out of the macine and here I sit on a long pew-like bench out near the coffee machine. I emailed Justin Hanson (news reporter WMC-TV) and will let him know what happens as I feel he will not be able to attend today. Check in later.

Almost to Jonesboro now, and I let Jim take over the driving. Heather's case is not suppose to be heard untill 1o'clock, which is fine, I have baby things to drop off for my soon #5 grandchild.
When we get to TN i'll take over driving again since I know exactly where the "new" court house is. Again, that is where I got divorced and fought over ex retirement pay-water under the bridge.
I am just amased at how many different people visit this site! I hope Justin Hanson shows up for Heather Grady court. I hear the US Attourny's Office is possibly looking at this case as well, I sure hope so! Then maybe, just maybe my prayers will be answered. See you all tomorrow with an update. I have said it before and I will say it again; that Heather Grady has had special relations with persons in the DA's office according to her blabbering self. I was asked to recant that statement from his/her boss very "You better, or......." And I did. And where did it get Heather Grady? Out of jail and back to her old scamming. Hearher Grady's new court date in Covington,TN is next Friday, April 15th@9am according to the court when I called. Her trial in Wynne, AR is in June according to the DA's office, was told our subpoenas would go out shortly. Jim and I will be at both. To her mother, I hope that you know now that Heather was using you, and from the damage she has done to family members is just a conviction of all her doings. Heather has been doing bad things since she was a teen. No-one had to teach her a thing. What she wanted she got, whether she begged, borrowed, or stolled.

Thanks for talking to me yesterday, I looked up hdg lawgirl and indeed see Heather Grady's picture on FaceBook. 4he also has used the name to comment on an article in the Commercial Appeal(memephis paper) of the death of a woman. I found it hilarious that she commented on a crime when she is the Black Widow of I'd Theft! So funny. No, I am not even a little bit worried about Heather getting out of jail (if she IS let out). Any problems that come my way will be via Heather and she I would think has some sence that I will come at her with loaded guns (law). This site has grown and I thank all the hard work of just a handfull of legal people. The rest of the legal people, you know who you are, well, I'll pray for you. I have one person in mind that I would like to see disbarred/banned from the legal system within the courts.

Heather Grady is to remain in jail as set by the judge because Heather is a flight risk. A warrant was obtained to retrieve all hard drive info from her computers, and apparently more and more charges are stacking up against her as in Cross County AR. She has repeatedly claimed to have done drugs and had sexual relations with legal people in AR. And I truly believe that is why after 2years still has not had a plea in the Cross County court room. But we cannot prove it but she has even implied these acts to officials. Is this some kind of favor in return for her services rendered? Gee, I thought that was called prostitution and it is illegal. Mr "C" I have a few names and phone numbers that I will call to you when I return home from work in a few days. These people will be critical to your case against Heather as they include who fear retribution from Heather if found out by Heather herself. I have spent hundreds if not a thousand hours compiling fraudulent accounts, tracking her whereabouts by the once sloppy trails she left behind, trips to attorneys, police stations, attorney generals office, and numerous phone conversations from her "so called ex-friends", ex-co workers and employees". The proof of Heather's doings was sent to CID Mr Smith, whom I shall say was TRUELY GOD GIVEN as not one lazy ass in Cross County was willing to honestly hear me out. I dragged Jim to the police station several times, then, his lawyer Rick Proctor now an awesome judge I hear, a road trip to Texas to talk to the people at Arlington Motor Sports, then on to San Antonio Bexar Co PD who wouldn't do a thing. AND NOW, she claims she is innocent and Jim has taught her and did all this? He has to prove he is innocent because in ID theft cases the innocent are Guilty till Proven Innocent. At least in our case. To Mr Justin, I hope you can shed light to helpless people such as ourselves who are in such desperation for faster action to take place within our legal system and how this financially ruins people to poverty such as we are finding ourselves in now. We are and Jim was a hard working family and I have asked family and friends at church for prayers in resolving this and trhat justice be done to Heather and to all people who have been a. Way to go MR C! Thank You AGAIN! To the rest of Heather's adoring fans (for lack of better words) here is what we now know on our beloved Ms Grady: Heather was arrested a few months ago after her hearing in January, she posted bond within 2 hours and was out. She was arrested today in Tipton County TN., for 7 accounts of I'd Theft and money laundering! She moved into a new apartment 4 days ago and the Tipton County PD, Secret Service and Federal agents showed up at her new place with a search warrant. Heather has been getting credit cards from dead people in several states. While the police were all there; blinds she ordered for her apartment showed up, a dead persons credit card was used. Now her step father Larry and mother may loose their big home as well. Heather did the same thing to dear ole' step dad and is financial trouble are begining. Heathers room-mate in her last short term apartment, she took her ID as well. Heather's computer was confiscated showing that she aquired dead people info from states in New York, Florida, Minnisota, Texas as a few more. Heather Grady has lots of cash stashed away and are looking for it. So if any of her "friends" are in the knowing state of her cash whereabouts are urged to call Tipton County TN police department and fill them in on her stash. She will be out of jail after posting bond again. Her araignment date is said to be March 10th in TN. I'm sure it will be at Covington court house. Gee, of all places where my ex and I fought over divorce issues haha. Appropriate I think!

Case # 09325 @ 10:05 Heather Grady was called to bench. 4he said she wanted to talk and not be interupted- leave it to Heather to have balls. The judge started yelling at her telling her that he does the talking and she had for some reason or another HAD an attourney but not anymore and just talked to Mr Ford in court to hire. :e yelled some more and said the case was over a year n half old and better do something. I wanted to bust out in laughter when I saw how much Heather's bond was for Cross County here in Arkansas. Then I got mad," She's a flight risk, why didn't they give her a NO BOND and does she know of anyone who has $20,000.00 to bail her out?"

I looked at her new mug shot, only a crazed idiot would smile for it. Such harsh looking features for a young woman I though; drugs and an apparent unhealthy lifestyle have made the early saddle bags under her eyes, lines all around her mouth and the tell tell sadness that actually is in the sole of her eyes. Very sad.

We went to Weatherford Texas and saw Heather being arraigned.
She walked in with the other 6 or so men and another woman. Heather was in shackles; the chain wrapped around her waist with her hands in front of her in cuffs, her ankles hobbled up like a horse with a chain from her hobbles to her waist. The gray and white stripped pull over shirt and pants with the stencil of "Weatherford Jail Inmate" on the top in faded red letter was her attire as the rest of the inmates. Only a handful of (maybe 6) spectators were at hand in the court room. She entered through the left side door preceded by the men and immediately I noticed her. She looked just like the mug shot from Parker County as before. She had obviously put on a bit of weight, her face was sunken in at the cheeks and her brown hair had frosted high-lights that had grown out an inch or so. Her hair was pulled back into a make-shift pony tail. As she entered the court room she would have noticed Jim sitting across the pew, no one was blocking her view of him as the rest of us all sat in the back area observing. She never looked his way.
She was brought up before the judge, he asked her if she had an attorney, she had applied for a public defender who the judge named a lawyer and he asked if she owned any property. She said a Jeep Liberty but it was repossessed. Was that the car she got using Ishmells name? If so it was never hers to begin with.
She turned as not to look at Jim and back to where the other inmates sat like a pew full of choir members off to the front side. All the inmates got up on request and were shuttled out like cattle with their chains clinking along the way. Jim turned back to look at me and I nodded yes as if we were done.
We left quietly around 9:30am.
We contacted the Cross County Prosecutors office and was told he was working on the case yesterday. We are now awaiting our court date here. No more 8 hour drives for us for awhile.

In a few short hours we will be leaving for Dallas/Fort Worth to attend Heather's arraignment tomorrow and to file more charges against her after the arraignment. The little deal that she tried to open that student loan for 127,000.00, the 5 cell phone numbers she opened and the on-line bank account that she also tried to open, and the motor scooter that she purchased, and the gun that is still in possession of the Arlington Recovery Room at the police department will have to be dealt with.

So if you are looking to see us, Jim is all of 4 foot 11 inches with glasses and white hair, me, I will be the slightly taller, heavy set woman hanging onto a child who this week thinks he's Batman.

Heather Grady Now On NCIC

After the aide from the sheriff yesterday Heather was finally put on NCIC. This was confirmed after Ishmell had a meeting with the Secret Service and they pulled her up in the NCIC system. Yes this is that serious of a crime. The men who worked with Ishmell called many companies trying to gather evidence against Heather: Fake ID's, loan applications, along with the package that I overnighted to Ishmell to help solidify all that this woman has done, the massive amounts of money and goods that she had stolen.

Is she bi-polar? Jim says,"NO SHE IS NOT", and that is her way of covering up. He found out that she was using drugs. He told me that he found little balls of foil everywhere and had tea-light candles scattered around as well. Then the needles she had. hummmmm......I don't think that all these clues lead to but on thing. And to back that up by the arrest of drugs here in Arkansas back around 2003. Which leads to me another question? Jim want to know why was her record gone of the charges against her for other crimes that she was charged with? Did she do any time for the drug prescriptions that she got caught getting using other peoples names. See the article in one of my previous posts from The Times Herald (local newspaper)2004.

Jim got a hold of the sheriff this morning, he checked the computer for Heather. Come to find out that Heather was only listed as wanted in Arkansas and not nationally. That will be changed today as we were told.

Today I mailed out envelopes to some people to help them in their cases against Heather Grady.

All three addresses were to Texas. To the "J" man you are getting one as well. There are copies of all our police reports, a letter from the prosecuting attorney and our complaint form from the AR Attorney General. This is to show and possibly help everyone prove that she continues to do what she has been doing for years.

Our day will come on the 20th as we watch her in the court room and then brought to Arkansas.

What is it with the Wynne Police Department? The CID Officer John Hill outright lied to my husband saying that Heather was on NCIC. We just got off the phone with Sgt. Landgraf in San Antonio and he said that Heather was not on NCIC. We called the Prosecutors office and let them know what we already knew. They said there is nothing they can do other than to relay the message. What the Hell is going on here? I then in turn called the Secret Service in Little Rock and asked them to help us since our police department is not cooperating with us. He said that he would look into it and get back to us in a few days.

Heather went to court this morning at 10:30 am and plead guilty. Parker County is on their way to get her to stand before the court there. They are trying to revoke her probation and was told that she will spend months if not years in jail for her probation violations.

To the many people who have contacted me in the last few days I want to thank you for the encouraging words. Since yesterday another person has come forward and filed charges against Heather. She used this persons name to try and open up a credit account. This was suppose to be a friend of hers.

To the "J" man, thank you. I was happy to hear from you and look forward one day to seeing a comment from you if you happen to find out when Heather's information may be available to the public.

To JT from Jim; Take a look at your wedding rings, Heather paid for them with money that she stole from me.........those words came out of Heathers own mouth..........

If you had a child who was killed then you would want the killer found, well I (Sandy) look at this in that sort of way, meaning; This has killed Jim's faith in the legal system for years with the lies, killed his credit rating (which was obviously great), killed him financially, and was killing him inside with no one or nowhere to turn. We were looking for the killer and her family KNEW where she was all/most of the time but was not willing to give up the killer. Because why?????

Your proverbial child is dead and you want the killer, our story is no different and I did what I had to do to catch the killer. I am sorry. I do not associate you to her in anyway other than you are related to her. You may not even like her for all I know. But the killer has been caught now and we can all have justice served.

Heather will be in jail for a minimum of 30 days according to the San Antonio Jail, from there she will be transported to Weatherford (Parker County), and then to Arkansas.
I have no faith in the Wynne Police Department, the lies started long ago and continue, Jim goes to Wynne in the morning and hopefully get to the bottom of the problems on why Heather was suppose to be on NCIC and was not. The Mayor is the next to contact. The police are beginning to look like big lugs who only care about sitting and doing nothing.
Heather is in jail for many years to come. I am even thinking about taking action against the manager at Mansions at Canyon Springs for not contacting the police as I requested.
To, Heather's brother, this site has been here for awhile, you made no comment before only because you never saw this site or you refused to believe that your sister is lower than the scum between my toes. If you cared so much before then you should have come forward earlier. Happy Birthday to Heather.
On her last day in the civilian world Heather tried to take out a loan with a finance company in San Antonio. The Finance company called Ishmell on his cell phone. He told them that it was not him but Heather. Ishmell called me and I called and told the manager that it was Heather and to call the police.
The police were called in since Heather was to arrive at 5pm. She never showed and the police were in the store waiting on her. The police left. Heather arrived at 5:30. The manager called the police back and kept Heather there till they arrived.
She did not have any ID on her at all and used the name of her daughter. She told the police that her name was Payton.
They arrested her after getting her name from her.
To her family, friends, creditors, and victims (which would include all these people) She is in a better place.
Today is her 38th birthday. The last she'll see for a long time.
She is in custody of the San Antonio Police Department tonight.

I called and talked to Geico Travelers Insurance Company, they said they cancelled the policy on you but left in-place Ishmells original policy. They are to call him if a new policy it tried to be added on. So bad.

Give part of it to the court through the payment arrangements you made to re-pay the driver.

This is probably why you also did not follow through with your bankruptcy, you were in jail on bad check charges in Wetherford and Dallas and could not even hustle up the first months payment to the court. You had no way to steal/scam the money from in jail. So the court dismissed your bankruptcy.

I have had so many public officials say to me,"I found your site humorous", "I found your site and wonder why someone would go to great lengths"yadda yadda yadda and many similar comments. But what I really want to say to them is, Why the heck aren't you doing your job and going out to get her, I've done the leg work, here is my proof and till you stop her there are going to be more families in debt to all financial companies when they had absolutely nothing to do with it!!!!!!!!!!" To Jesus and Ishmell O, I am sorry that you two are victims of Heather Grady. As told on the phone you need to get your police reports and then contact the Attorney Generals office in Austin. Contact the Federal Trade Commission office at (1-877-ID-Theft) Then Equifax 1-800-525-6285, Experian 1-888-397-3742, Trans Union 1-800-680-7289 tell all of them that you need to place a fraud alert on your account. You must I stress MUST contact the credit people who are trying to collect from you, tell them you want a DETAILED summary of the account. Chances are that it will say that Heather Grady is an authorized user, just as all or most of ours say on them. They in turn will give you information to sign stating that it is fraud, you will have to send them a copy of a police report. In our case we have 7 different police reports on Heather Grady. 5 in Arkansas and 2 in Texas. Texas refused to take another police report over the phone from us yesterday for the 4 cell phones, so Monday we are going to have another one drawn here in Arkansas.
My luck to you both.
P.S. got to the court and tell them you want to file a small claims court on her if your wages that she did not pay you is less than $5,000.00. That is what we were told to do, but in most cases the charges she made was over that amount
